Industrial HVAC

ENGlobal offers a complete range of field-proven industrial cooling and heating solutions. All HVAC units are designed, assembled and tested in our 80,000 square foot facility in Houston. We do not simply modify and rebrand existing commercial grade equipment, we specifically design and build each unit from the ground up to meet or exceed all application requirements.

Configurations for Most Installations

HVAC systems designed and delivered by ENGlobal are available in a wide range of physical configurations to support the unique needs of each client’s particular installation. Some of the more common configurations include:

  • Wall-mounted units ranging from 2-10 tons
  • Wall-mounted units up to 15 tons with bottom support
  • Single, dual and multi units for n+1 redundancy
  • Redundant 5-30 ton wall/slid-mounted units

Advanced PLC-based Diagnostics and Health Monitors

All units supplied by ENGlobal feature state-of-the-art PLC-based controls built into the system, providing value-added status and health monitoring capabilities not available from other suppliers. Typical real-time monitoring and logging addresses:

  • Liquid line refrigerant pressure
  • Suction line refrigerant pressure
  • Liquid line refrigerant temperature
  • Suction line refrigerant temperature
  • Ambient temperature (outdoor)
  • Amperage on all motors and compressors
  • Heater element surface temperatures
