President and Chief Executive Officer
William “Bill” Coskey was named President and Chief Executive Officer in August 2012 and has served as Chairman of the Board since June 2005. Mr. Coskey founded ENGlobal in 1985 and most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer from April 2007 to May 2010. An honors graduate of Texas A&M University, Mr. Coskey received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1975. He has served on the Texas A&M University Electrical Engineering Department Advisory Council since 1999, and as Chairman of the Council since 2006.
Vice President of Human Resources
Scott Curd joined ENGlobal as a Human Resources Manager in November 2011. He was appointed Human Resources Director in November 2012, then Vice President of Human Resources in 2014. Mr. Curd brings 30 years of Human Resources experience to ENGlobal. He has managed HR operations ranging from $50 million to $6.8 billion in both domestic and international locations, including the Middle East and Iraq. Prior to joining ENGlobal, Mr. Curd spent 14 years with KBR as Senior Human Resources Manager and was Director of HR for CDI Engineering and Audubon Engineering. Mr. Curd is a Graduate from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Business Management.
Senior Vice President
Mr. Patton was appointed Senior Vice President at ENGlobal Corporation in 2016. Mr. Patton was also at ENGlobal from 1998 thru 2010, when he held many positions, including Senior Vice President of Business Development, President of ENGlobal Government Services, Inc., Senior Vice President and General Manager of ENGlobal’s Tulsa Office. In 2014 and 2015, Mr. Patton served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Gulf Coast Regional offices for Saulsbury Industries and as their Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning. Prior to joining Saulsbury Industries, Mr. Patton served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Oil, Gas, and Chemical Division of CDI from 2011 thru 2013. Mr. Patton graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Patton has been a Registered Professional Engineer since 1980. He has held several positions within technical societies, including most recently the Rice Global Forum.
Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer
Mark Hess has served as Chief Financial Officer since September 2012. Mr. Hess served as the Company’s Corporate Controller from July 2011 to September 2012. Mr. Hess is a CPA, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston and is an active member of Financial Executives International (FEI).
Senior Vice President
John Kratzert currently serves as Senior Vice President for Automation, and in this role is responsible for all of the Company’s automation related design, integration, fabrication and field support operations. Included under Mr. Kratzert’s responsibility is ENGlobal Government Services, which provides similar automation related services to federal government clients. Mr. Kratzert joined ENGlobal as a Program Manager and then General Manager of ENGlobal Government Services in November of 2012. Prior to joining ENGlobal, Mr. Kratzert served in leadership positions with BAE Systems, SAIC and MANDEX. Mr. Kratzert is a retired Marine Corps Officer and has over 33 years of experience leading domestic and international organizations.
Mr. Kratzert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The Citadel, Military College of South Carolina and a Master of Science degree in Management from Troy University.
Senior Vice President
Bruce Williams’ current position is Sr. Vice President responsible for the Engineering and Automation operations in the Houston area. Mr. Williams served as Chief Operating Officer from September 2013 to April 2017. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Midwest/Southwest Operations of ENGlobal’s Engineering and Construction segment from September 2012 to September 2013. He joined ENGlobal in 2004 and has over 40 years of domestic and international experience in engineering and project management.
Mr. Williams has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Northern Iowa, with post-graduate studies in Environmental Management from the University of Houston and MBA studies at Incarnate Word University.
