BS degree in Engineering, Physics, mathematics (BS not BA), or Computer Science. 

Ten (10) years of direct work experience in Control systems/equipment. 

Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: Design, Development, Production, Installation, and testing of large complex integrated software systems. 

Four (4) years as manager, to include: Supervising Project Personnel, Scheduling Work, Writing Proposals and Preparing Bids, and Equipment and Material Logistics Control.  

Specific experience: 

Ten (10) years’ experience with commercial or government software development and deployment projects;

Five (5) years of direct work experience to include Design, Installation, Logistics, Quality Assurance and/or Technical Support of large complex integrated software development and installation projects. 

Must have experience with Wonderware Archestra and Rockwell Automation PLC, RS Logix PLC development and ABB Filmwerks. 

MBA and Six Sigma certification a plus.

Government contracting and Oil & Gas experience a plus. 

Must be able to obtain a government security clearance. 

Experience with JIRA desired.

This position will be the project manager of the software development and implementation phases on large control systems integration/construction projects.  Will supervising the day-to-day project operations and product development.  May organize and direct teams of contractor personnel drawn from other labor categories.  Shall have expertise in and current knowledge of the methodologies for software project development.  As overall project manager, they will serve as the primary interface and point of contact with the Manager of Projects on program/project issues.  They will supervise program/project operations by developing plans and procedures, and execution of the technical effort.  Must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) as they will be the primary point of contact with government/commercial project engineers and managers. Responsible for the development, testing and integration of software for large SCADA systems, coordinating efforts and resources with overall project and program managers.  Also performs as the resource manager for all EGS systems analysts and developers.
